Abstract: Through study on the technique of sand control comple- tion in horizontal well with dense oil sheet,the cementing technique of upper bushing of closable cementer is genera- ted.Presented in the paper are the characters of the pool of dense oil sheet,optimization and design of sand control tech- nique,structure of sand control pipe for horizontal well with oil sheet,completion operation flow and the field application situation.Application suggests that the two techniques are simple and reliable in the process of operation with long serv- ice life and good sand control effect.
