水力脉冲空化射流钻井技术在河南油田中硬地层中的应用

  • 摘要: 针对河南油田目前中硬地层机械钻速低、钻井周期长、钻井成本高等问题,开展水力脉冲空化射流钻井提速技术研究及现场试验,优选了水力脉冲空化射流发生器和钻具组合,并优化了水力参数,现场应用4口井表明,水力脉冲空化射流技术提高了中硬地层的钻井速度,同比机械钻速平均提高16.24%,解决了河南油田中硬地层地层机械钻速低的难题。

     

    Abstract: At present,the medium hard formation in Henan oilfield has the characteristics of low rate of penetration,long drilling cycle and high drilling cost.In order to solve these problems,hydraulic plusating-cavitation jet drilling technology has been adopted.Based on the theroy study of hydraulic plusating-cavitation jet drilling technology,analytical research on formation and field construction parameters has been carried out.Through field testing,the generator,drilling assembly and the hydaulic parameters have been optimized.Field application of 4 wells indicates the hydraulic plusating-cavitation jet drilling technology is capable of improving drilling speed in medium hard formation.Compared with the rate of penetration,the speed is improved by an average of 16.24%and a new technology for medium hard formation in Henan oilfield with safe drilling and high speed has been formed and the problem of low ROP have been solved.
