陶瓷膜过滤装置在油田注水深度处理上的应用研究

A Research on Application of Ceramic Filtration U-nit in Deep Treatment of Oilfield Injection Water

  • 摘要: 介绍了油田注水深度处理研究现状和陶瓷膜过滤装置在油田采油水和地下井水深度处理上的试验研究情况。试验表明,经常规过滤处理后的采油水和地下井水,通过陶瓷膜过滤装置处理后,油含量小于5mg/L,悬浮固体含量小于1mg/L,悬浮颗粒粒径小于1μm,水质主要指标均达到了《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》A1级标准的要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the status of research on deep treatment of injection water and experimental study on application of ceramic filtration unit in deep treatment of injection water and underground water.Experiment re-sults show that injection water and underground water,first treated with conventional filtrating methods and then with ceramic filtration unit,have an oil content below5mg /l and suspended solid(grain diameter<1μm)content under1mg /l.The main indexes of water quality meet the requirements of Class A1standards in the″Proposed in-jection water quality indexes in clastic reservoirs and analytical methods″.
