An Analysis of Scale Formation in Gathering System of Weigang Oilfield and New Scale Cleaning Techniques

  • 摘要: 魏岗油田油气集输系统结垢严重,影响了生产的正常进行和经济效益的提高。对集输管线、掺水系统、加热炉等结垢的原因和成份进行了分析,指出目前采用的化学清洗方法存在污染环境、成本高、效果不好等弊端,建议尽快研究使用高压水射流清垢技术。

     

    Abstract: Scale formation in the gathering system of Weigang oilfield is serious and severely influences the normal production and economic benefits. The causes and components of scale formed in gathering pipeline, water-mixing system and heater are analyzed. The disadvantages of chemical cleaning methods currently in use are presented including polluting environment, high cost and poor effects. It is proposed to carry out research on high -pressure water jet flow scale -cleaning technique and put it into use as quickly as possible.
