Influences of feedstock components on aromatization process of liquefied gas

  • Light aromatic hydrocarbons are the major industrial chemicals, demands of which always exceed supplies. Light aromatic hydrocarbon production through aromatization of liquefied gas can make economic benefits. The content of olefins in liquefied gas is the major factor that influences aromatization process of liquefied gas. Aromatic hydrocarbon contents in the fluid produced from aromatization of liquefied gas are not influenced by feedstock components, but aromatic hydrocarbon yield increases a-long with increasing olefin contents, while dry gas yield decreases correspondingly. Along with butylenes content in feedstock increasing, benzene content in fluid product decreases, while the contents of propane and H2 in gaseous phase products increase correspondingly.
