An Approach to Setting up "AH Weather" Electric Network in Henan Oilfield

According to the requirement to set up "all weather" electric network,existing problems such as uncomplcting overvoltage protection, lower standard of design, unfit project and poor ability of resisting natural disaster in network of Henan Oilfield, this paper makes analyses and suggests five measures to solve these problems.
