Requirements of Clean Diesel to Additives

Clean fuels are needed to ease atmosphere pollution. Clean diesel must have low contents of sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbon and low cetane rating. Sulphide and aromatic hydrocarbon in diesel are natural antioxidant and lubricant, while lubricity and anti-oxidability of clean diesel only can be improved by using additives. Clean diesel presents new requirements to diesel additives.
