Research and application of key technology for staged fracturing by high pressure tie-back sealing equipment

For staged fracturing technology in horizontal wells,the sealing capacity of tie-back equipment is very important to field completion operations.To carry out research of high pressure tie-back sealing technology and optimize product structure due to poor sealing capacity of current sealing assembly in tie-back equipment and serious damage of sealing assembly after multi-times stabbed into polished bore receptacle,the new type sealing assembly with high wear resistance was studied and developed,the structure features and key technology of the sealing assembly were introduced as well.As a new type of sealing assembly that was compatible and flexible by using with conventional or new type of sealing tie-back equipment,it not only saved assembly time and cost,but also met the requests of high wear resistance and high sealing performance and had great application valve for field completion operations.
