A Study on Heterogeneity of Wen 209 Fault Block Reservoir in Wenxi Oilfield

In viewing of the severe heterogeneity of reservoirs in Wen 209 fault block in Wenxi oilfield, this paper presents ways to build porosity and permeability interpretation models with core physical property analysis data. A quantitative porosity and permeability distribution model, which can be used in quantitative study of reservoir heterogeneity of different horizons and lithologies, is built based on lithology versus electric properties. It is used to quantitatively study the reservoir heterogeneity in this area, and provide a solid basis for building of fine geologic models and adjustment planning.
