Application of slicing technique along structural trend surface in Wangji region

  • By using the acquisition data in all-around and fusion processing of 3D seismic data,based on conventional means of fault interpretation,the slicing technique along the structural trend surface has been mainly applied,and the spatial distribution characteristics of small concealed faults have been accurately described.The research results indicate arcuate faults of NE-NEE and NE-to-NEE are mainly developed and small faults of NW are no developed in Wangji region.The fault block intersected with NE and NEE,the faulted-nose block allocated between arcuate faults in north of Wangji and formation are the main structural trap types in the Wangji region.The research results indicate obvious effects have obtained in rolling exploration in Wangji region.
