The Optimization of Separating Fatty Acid from Naphthenic Acid in Urea Complex Technology

This paper describes the separation of fatty acid from naphthenic acid under the optimization of formulation through improving orthogonal experiments design.Orthogonal experiments data are used to do multiple stepwise regression and set up reliable mathematical model.Extreme values under constraints are extracted by gridding method.This improved method overcomes the defects of traditional orthogonal experiments and raises the recovery of fatty acid.
