Abstract: The Housing cost is concerned with the vital interests of the billions of people. To counter the steep rise of housing cost in recent years, this paper analyzes the different factors affecting and controlling housing cost and presents five main measures of controlling the housing cost. After analyzing the demands to housing of the people with different income, this paper presents three plans of solving housing problems, so as to speed up the step of housing construction, to control the housing cost and make the billions of people happy.
