疏水缔合聚合物(AP-P4)交联体系研究

A study on crosslinked system of hydrophobic associated polymer(AP-P4)

  • 摘要: 疏水缔合聚合物与普通部分水解聚丙烯酰胺比较,具有更好的增粘效果和抗高温、抗盐能力以及很好的调驱效果。为了进一步提高调驱能力,实验室开展了AP型聚合物低度交联的调驱体系研究。介绍了AP-P4低度交联体系配方的优选,探讨了影响交联体系性能的各种因素,优化筛选出了交联体系配方。

     

    Abstract: Compared with ordinary partially hydrolyzed polyac-rylamide, hydrophobic associated polymer has higher capability of viscosifying action, high - temperature resistance and salt tolerance and better effects of oil displacement and profile control. In order to further improve the ability of oil displacement and profile control, study on weak crosslinked system of hydrophobic associated poly-mer(AP-P4)is carried out in laboratory. This paper introduces formula optimization of AP - P4 weak crosslinked system, discusses various factors that influence the performance of crosslinked system, and selects an optimum formula for crosslinked system.
