Abstract: Different from water injection in thin oil production, there is no complete and applicable way on how to evaluate indexes of heavy oil in stream soak reservoir up to now. In view of correlation of thermal indexes and on the basis of production - injection history, the regularity between the recovery percent and production indexes including oil - gas rate, back water production rate and injection - withdrawal ratio is deduced. Then corresponding appraisal system is established and the results achieved can be used to guide thermal heavy oil production.
