摘要: 着重阐述了战略管理的内涵及特征，并通过国外大企业实施战略管理的典型事例，提出了战略管理的实施方法和途径，论述了石油企业实行内部市场改革的关键是进行专业化重组。

Abstract: This article emphatically expounds the connotation and features of strategical management , presents the methods and ways to implement strategical management through typical cases in large foreign enterprises, and points out that the key to implement internal market reform in oil entcrprises is carrying out specialized rcorganization.
