  • 摘要: 我国的催化裂化气体脱硫装置,多年来几乎所有的装置均采用一乙醇胺作为溶剂进行湿法脱硫,大部分装置由于使用时间长,溶剂变得非常脏,但受环境保护的限制,溶剂又不能随意排放,造成溶剂失活严重,脱硫效果变差。文中介绍了一种新的脱硫剂在洛阳石化总厂气体脱硫装置中的使用情况,这种脱硫剂的商品牌号为YXS-93。新脱硫剂采用与原系统中的一乙醇胶溶剂混用,并逐步置换的方法进行使用。应用结果表明,新脱硫剂的脱硫效果良好,脱后干气中的H2S含量下降幅度大,同时该溶剂还具有对设备腐蚀较轻、性能稳定等特点。

     

    Abstract: Almost all the catalytic cracking desulfurizing units ill China have been using ethanolamine as the solvents in wet desulphurization for many years.The solvents in most units arc seriously contaminated.while they can't be discharged frcely under enviroment protection, resulting in loss of activity and worsening of desulphurization effects. A new desulfrizer (YXS - 93) is introduced in this paper which has been in use in Louyang Petrochemical Complex.The new desulfrizer was mixed with the ethanolamine in the unit at first and then replaced the ethanolamine gradually. The new desulfurizer , which shows good desulphurization effects and a large decrease in H2S contents in desulfurized dry gas, has the advantages of low corrosion and stable properties.
