南海深水L-1井区地层压力预测技术研究及应用

Study and application of formation pressure prediction technology in deep water L-1 well area of south China sea

  • 摘要: 在深水钻井工程中,准确的地层压力剖面是确定安全钻井液密度窗口必不可少的关键数据。结合南海L-1井区地质情况,基于大量现场数据比对研究,得出最优压力预测模型,并利用测井获取的地层参数资料进行综合分析,对位于莺歌海盆地构造中部的L-1井区进行了地层孔隙压力、破裂压力和井壁坍塌压力的计算分析,得出该井区地层压力剖面图,从而预测出安全钻井液密度窗口。与邻井实测点相比,孔隙压力预测误差小于1.74%,破裂压力预测误差小于15.50%,为工程开发提供了理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: In deep water drilling engineering,accurate formation pressure profile is the key analysis data necessary to determine the density window of safe drilling fluid.Combined with the geological conditions of the L-1 well area in the south China sea,an optimal pressure prediction model was developed based on a large number of field data comparisons,and the formation parameter data obtained from the well logging were used to comprehensively analyze the L-1 located in the central structure of the Yinggehai basin.The calculation and analysis of formation pore pressure,fracture pressure and wall collapse pressure were performed in the well area,and the formation pressure profile of the well area was obtained to predict the safe drilling fluid density window.Compared with the actual measured points near the well,the prediction error of the formation pressure is less than 10%,which provides a basic theoretical support for engineering development.
