Influences of feedstock components on aromatization process of liquefied gas

  • 摘要: 轻质芳烃是主要的化工原料,一直供不应求,利用液化气芳构化生成轻质芳烃,可获得经济效益。液化气中的烯烃含量是液化气芳构化过程的主要影响因素,液化气芳构化所得液体产物中芳烃含量不受原料组成的影响,但芳烃产率随着烯烃含量尤其是丁烯含量的增加而增加,干气产率相应降低。随着原料中丁烯含量的增加,液体产物中苯含量降低,相应二甲苯的含量增加,气相产物中丙烷和H2含量升高。

     

    Abstract: Light aromatic hydrocarbons are the major industrial chemicals, demands of which always exceed supplies. Light aromatic hydrocarbon production through aromatization of liquefied gas can make economic benefits. The content of olefins in liquefied gas is the major factor that influences aromatization process of liquefied gas. Aromatic hydrocarbon contents in the fluid produced from aromatization of liquefied gas are not influenced by feedstock components, but aromatic hydrocarbon yield increases a-long with increasing olefin contents, while dry gas yield decreases correspondingly. Along with butylenes content in feedstock increasing, benzene content in fluid product decreases, while the contents of propane and H2 in gaseous phase products increase correspondingly.
