Abstract: The oil and gas reserves capitalization is objective demand to deepen the oil industry reform and establish modern enterprise, an important way to increase development effect and reduce production cost.This paper analyzes the theoretical problem of the reserves capitalization and its value evaluations, so makes a new conclusion - leasing oil field.
