Application of Nanometer Material in Petrochemical Industry and Its Prospect

  • 摘要: 通过对纳米晶体结构和表面特性、吸附特性及表面反应特性的分析,介绍了纳米材料在石化领域中的应用,特别是在催化剂和润滑油方面的应用,纳米材料作为催化剂的活性组分或者载体,都会显著提高其活性和选择性以及耐高温烧结性能;作为润滑油的添加剂可提高润滑油的润滑性能和承载能力,提高润滑油的质量和产品档次。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the application of nanometer material in petrochemical industry especially its application in catalyst and luboil on base of analysis of its crystal structure, surface features, adsorption characteristics and surface reaction characteristics. Nanometer material, as an active component or a supporter of catalyst, can remarkably improve activity, selectivity and high temperature caking capacity of catalyst. It also can be used as an additive to improve lubricity and load capacity of luboil.
