  • 摘要: 劣质柴油必须进行精制才能满足规格指标和环保要求 ,加氢精制是精制劣质柴油生产优质柴油馏分的理想工艺技术 ,但投资大和操作费用高 ,非加氢技术精制劣质柴油是提高柴油产品质量满足环保要求比较经济、可行的途径。介绍了化学精制、溶剂精制、吸附精制、氧化 /萃取脱硫、生物脱硫等柴油的非加氢精制技术的最新进展情况 ,认为吸附精制是提高我国柴油质量的有效途径

     

    Abstract: Poor diesel must be refined in order to meet specification and environment protection standards. Hydrofining is an idea technological process to refine poor diesel, it needs, however, large amount of investment, and operating cost is high. Non-hydrofining is a relatively economic and practical alternative of hydrofining. This paper introduces new development in non-hydrofining technologies such as chemical refining, solvent refining, absorption refining, oxidization/extraction desulphurization and biological desulphurization. It is believed that absorption refining is an effective way to improve diesel quality in China.
