  • 摘要: 以地层-水泥环-套管组合系统为研究对象,根据弹塑性力学理论,通过建立非线性有限元模型,对套管变形与地应力作用大小及非均匀性之间的关系进行了研究。分析了不同条件下,不同规格套管的外载与变形关系,根据有限元计算结果,绘制出不同的最小水平主应力和最大水平主应力配比下的套管变形范围图,能够直观方便地预测非均匀地应力作用下的套管缩径变形,从而为现场采取合理有效的套管损坏预防措施以及后续的修井施工方案提供可靠的依据。

     

    Abstract: Set stratum-cement sheath-casing combined system as study target,based on elastic-plastic mechanical theory,set up nonlinear finite element mode,carry on research of the relation on the casing deformation,ground stress change and non-uniformity.Analyse the relation of external load and deformation of different specification casing under different condition,based on the finite element calculation,draw up the casing deformation scope map of different minimum horizontal major stress and maximum horizontal major stress,which could predict the casing shrinking deformation under the non-uniform ground stress directly,therefore provide reliable basis for applying reasonable and effective casing damage prevention measures at site and later completion implementation.
