超低密度水泥浆体系在鹤煤3井固井中的应用

  • 摘要: 鹤煤3井在360~1 030 m井段共发生8次漏失,共计漏失钻井液100 m3。通过优选水泥浆体系,采用含有特种纤维防漏增韧和助防漏材料的低密度和超低密度两种水泥浆体系相搭配进行固井,有效地防止了井漏,固井质量良好。超低密度水泥浆体系在该井的成功应用,为该区块大面积开发煤层气提供了强有力的技术保障。

     

    Abstract: During drilling process of Hemei-3 well,there were 8leakages in 360~1 030 m well interval and the total loss of drilling fluid was up to 100 m3.Through optimization of water slurry system,the low density and ultra low density cement slurry system containing toughened specialty fibers of leakproof and leakproof material have been matched for cementing,which can effectively prevent lost circulation and be of good cementing quality.The successful application of this ultra low density cement slurry in Hemei-3 well can provide a strong technical support for a large area of coalbed methane development in this block.
