提压增注技术在渤海油田的先导试验与应用

  • 摘要: 渤海油田部分注水井投注后不久,注入压力便快速上升至总体开发方案的井口最大注入压力,注水量无法满足油藏配注需求,严重影响了油田的开发效果。对此,渤海油田首次开展了提压增注先导试验以及压降漏斗研究,确定了提压增注技术的可行性和可靠性,并且在垦利K油田应用实施;通过提高井口注入压力,启动压力较高的小层开始吸水,注水井的日注入量明显增多,有效增加了水驱动用储量,对油田提高采收率具有重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Shortly after the injection of some injection wells in Bohai oilfield, the injection pressure quickly rose to the maximum injection pressure of the overall development plan, and the water injection could not meet the reservoir injection demand, which seriously affected the development effect of the oilfield. In this regard, the study on pilot test of pressure boosting and injection increasing,and the study of pressure drop funnel were carried out for the first time, which has determined the feasibility and reliability of the pressure boosting and injection increasing technology and has been applied in Kenli K oil field. By increasing the injection pressure at the wellhead,the small layer with higher start-up pressure starts to absorb water, the daily injection amount of the injection well increases obviously, effectively increasing the reserves for water drive, which plays an important role in improving oil recovery.
