Investigation and Comprehensive Evaluation of Industrial Water in Refining and Chemical Enterprises

  • 摘要: 就节水治污两相宜的综合利用问题,提出了强化综合用水的紧迫性;介绍了炼化企业工业用水的调查方法:按用水系统、用水性质及用水区域进行分类,并注重与能源消耗、总体经济效益水平相联系的数理统计.通过对工业用水管理全过程的平衡分析,选择可行的、最佳的节水治污方案.并从工艺技术、投资效益、环境保护等方面进行综合评价,以达到工业用水的科学性,为炼化企业的综合用水提供参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a method for investigating the industrial water in refining and chemical enterprisest:based on the water use system, characteristics and regions, industrial water should be classified. and mathematical statisties should integrate with energy consumption and overall economic benifits. A practical and optimal water use plan was drawn up based on equilibrium analysis of the full industrial water management process and comprehensively evaluated in technology, investment benefits and enviroment protection, so as to scientifically use industral water.
