Simulated test and analysis of pipeline transportation of heavy oil in Xinzhuang oilfield

  • 摘要: 运用石油管道输送的基本理论和数学回归等方法,通过对河南油田稠油集输管道运行工况下稠油的粘度模拟试验数据的分析,确定了不同工况下新庄稠油实际运行的粘度与温度、含水的关系曲线和关系表达式,并确定了最佳运行参数。

     

    Abstract: Simulated test data of heavy oil viscosity under operation conditions of gathering pipeline in Xinzhuang oilfield are analyzed. Relation curves and relational expressions of actual operational viscosity vs. temperature and water content for heavy oil under different operational conditions in Xinzhuang oilfield are established by using the basic theory of pipeline transportation of oil and mathematical regression methods. Optimum operational parameters are also determined
