  • 摘要: 对利用乳化重油作为催化裂化原料进行了探讨 ,认为重油经乳化后减小了原料雾化后油滴直径 ,改善了催化剂与原料的接触环境和产品分布 ,在乳化剂用量 3 0 0 0 μg/g,掺水量 4%左右时 ,可以提高轻油收率 1 .80个百分点 ,干气和焦炭产率分别下降 0 .3 3和 0 .3 5个百分点 ,产品性质基本不变

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the utilization of emulsified heavy oil as raw materials of catalytic cracking. Oil drop diameters after atomization of raw materials decrease when the heavy oil is emulsified, thus the contacting environment of catalyst and raw material and product distribution are improved. When 3000jug/g emulsifying agents are used and the amount of water mixed reaches about 4%, light oil yield increase by 1. 80 percentage point, and dry gas and coke yields lower 0. 33 and 0. 35 percentage point respectively, while the properties of products basically remain unchanged.
