热力泡沫复合驱增效机理及油藏适应性研究——以渤海M油田为例

Study on the EOR mechanism and reservoir adaptability of thermal foam flooding——by taking Bohai M oilfield as an example

  • 摘要: 蒸汽驱开发存在窜流现象,严重影响开发效果,而热力泡沫复合驱可有效改善蒸汽驱开发效果,渤海部分稠油油藏经过多轮吞吐后已具备转驱条件。以M油田为例,通过二维可视化实验,从宏观和微观两方面分析热力泡沫改善蒸汽驱开发效果的机理,并进行泡沫封堵性能影响因素分析,确定热力泡沫复合驱的适应性。研究结果表明,在现有地质油藏条件下,热力泡沫具有一定的封堵能力,而在高温注入条件下,增加泡沫的耐温性能对热力泡沫复合驱提高采收率意义重大。与单一蒸汽驱相比,热力泡沫复合驱可提高驱油效率约30.0%。

     

    Abstract: The phenomenon of channeling flow exists in steam flooding development, which seriously affects the development effect. While the thermal foam composite flooding can effectively improve the development effect of steam flooding. At present, some heavy oil fields in Bohai have the right conditions to steam drive after multicycle huff and puff. In this paper, oilfield M in Bohai is taken as an example, the mechanism of improving the development effect of steam flooding by foam was analyzed through 2D visualization experiment. And on this basis, the adaptability of the thermal foam flooding in this oilfield is studied through reservoir adaptability research. The results show that thermal foam has a certain sealing ability under the existing geological reservoir conditions, and under the condition of high temperature injection, increasing the temperature resistance of foam is of great significance for enhancing oil recovery of thermal foam composite flooding. Compared with single steam flooding, thermal foam flooding can improve oil displacement efficiency by about 30.0%.
