  • 摘要: RAG—1催化剂是与ARGG工艺配套的专用剂,适用于目前最大量的生产液化气和高辛烷值汽油。东明石油化工厂试验表明:RAG—1催化剂平衡活性高、机械强度好、重油转化能力强,在FCC正常操作温度下,液化气收率高达20%,而且油气综合收率较使用其他催化剂都高。工业试验取得了较好的生产操作数据,为其他小型FCC装置提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: RAG - 1 catalyst is a necessaries of exclusive use in ARGG technology, and applied to produce liquefied gas and benzine with high octane value in a large scale. Experiments of Dongming Petrochemical Plant show that RAG -1 catalyst hvae high balanced activity, strong mechanical strength and powerful capability of heavy oil conversion Under normal operating temperature of FCC, the getting efficiency of liquefied gas is up to 20%, and the combined getting efficiency of oil and gas is higher than that of using other catalyst. We achieve good operating data in industrial experiments and provide^ experiences for other small FCC equipments.
