河南油田炼油厂糠醛抽出油综合利用初探

Comprehensive Utilization of Furfural Extract Oil in Henan Oilfield Refinery

  • 摘要: 文中对南阳炼油厂糠醛抽出油与丙烷脱油沥青(半沥青)调合生产道路沥青进行了论证。研究表明,未经处理的糠醛抽出油直接与半沥青调合,不能生产出各格的道路沥青。而抽出油经脱蜡处理后再与半沥青以一定比例调合,可生产出100#甲道路沥青,各项指标符合SH0522-92道路沥青标准。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the production of road asphaltby blending furfural extract oil with propane deasphalted(PDA) asphalt in Nanyang Refinery. Study results showthat directly blending PDA asphalt with unprocessedfurfural extract oil can not produce qualified road asphalt.While blending dewaxed extract oil with PDA asphalt inthe right proportion can produce qualified 100# roadasphalt, the quality of which meets the SH0522-92Standards of Road Asphalt.
