Adjustment Well Cementing Technology in Late Development Stage in Low Permeability Oilfield

  • 摘要: 油田开发后期调整井固井是当今油田的一大难题,河南稀油油田进入以厚油层层内细分挖潜为主的控水稳油阶段,对固井质量提出了很高的要求,而低渗透油田区块固井更有其独特性,进一步加大了固井难度。河南油田经过一系列的攻关,通过采取加强停注停采工作,改善水泥浆性能,提高顶替效率,采用多凝膨胀水泥浆体系,采用屏蔽暂堵技术等措施,找到了一条较为适合目前低渗透油田的一套固井工艺技术,取得了较为满意的效果。

     

    Abstract: Adjustment well cementing in late development stageis a common difficult probjem in petroleum industry atpresent, especially in low permeability reservoirs. A set ofmeasures are taken in Henan oilfield including enhancingstopping injection and production, improving slurryproperties, raising displacement effciency, using expansivecement with multiple solidification point system andapplying screening and temporary plugging technology.Field application show that they are suitable for use inlowpermeability reservoirs and have yielded desirable results.
