  • 摘要: 针对胜利孤东油田东四联稠油的处理工艺存在的问题,研制了SLDE-01油溶性低温高效稠油破乳荆。该药剂是以多胺、多元醇为起始剂的聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯双嵌段聚醚的扩链产物。室内实验和现场应用情况表明:SLDE-01破乳剂脱水速度快、油水界面齐、脱出污水清,能使东四联原油一段脱水温度降低10℃,脱水效果明显好于现场在用水溶性破乳剂,节约了能源,且降低了原油生产成本。

     

    Abstract: Heavy oil demulsifier SLDE - 01with low temperature and high effective performances has been developed according to the characteristic of large viscosity and high colloid content of crude oil of Gudong No. 4 combination station in Shengli oilfield. This agent is propene polyoxy-ethylene binary block polyether chain extension production initiated by polyamine and polyalcohol. The indoor experiment and its application at site showed that This oil - soluble demulsifier has high dehydrating rate, neat oil/water interfaces and clean separated water which can lower dehydration temperature by 10℃and the newly developed demulsifier SLDE-01 is excellent in comparison with the water- soluble demulsifier used presently in the oilfields, which can increase dehydration efficiency, save lager amount of energy,and reduce production cost of crude oil.
