Abstract: On the basis of intensive management's cssential theory, in combination with the analysis of rude management in petroleum industry, it suggested that to realize the intensive management in onshore petroleum enterprise. It must renew the leader's developing concept, speed up reformation, change enterprise's operating mechanism and explore recoverable reserves,so as to adjust and optimize group structure and industrial structure, improve the efficiency of scientific and technical advancement, practically strenthen enterprise's management and greatly improve the worker's quality.
