稠油浅井套管钻井技术研究

  • 摘要: 套管钻井技术作为一种新兴的钻井工艺,具有常规钻井技术无法比拟的优点。针对河南油田稠油浅井区块的地层特点,研究配套了基于常规钻井设备的单行程套管钻井工艺与工具,使用φ178 mm套管,在井楼、古城油田进行了5口井套管钻井现场试验,建井周期同比缩短了20%,钻机月速提高了86%,取得了良好的效果。实践表明,套管钻井可以减少油层浸泡时间,缩短建井周期,节约钻井成本,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The cashing drilling technique,as a new drilling technique, is highly superior to the ordinary drilling technique. In order to be suitable to the character of heavy oil reservoir in the shallow block of Henan oilfield,the onestroke casing drilling technique based on ordinary drilling equipment is manufactured.Casing of 178 mm is used in five wells in Jinlou and Gucheng oilfields for the field casing drilling test. The test results show that the construction cycle is shortened by 20%and the drilling speed is increased by 86%.The performance suggests that the casing drilling technique also can decrease the soak time of oil pay and economize the drilling cost.
