A discussion on completion of thermal production wells with φ139.7mm casing in heavy oil reservoirs of Henan oil-Held

  • 摘要: 为节约稠油热采成本,从套管尺寸变化对钻井、固井的影响,完井、注汽工艺、举升工艺及采油工艺措施等多方面对套管尺寸的要求,分别对Φ139.7mm、Φ177.8mm套管井进行了计算对比分析,阐述了Φ139.7mm套管井生产的可行性。研究成果和现场应用表明Φ139.7mm套管完井可满足热采生产需要。

     

    Abstract: In order to lower cost of thermal recovery of heavy oil, this paper performs calculation, comparison and analysis of wells with (?)139. 7mm and (?)177. 8mm casing, in respects of the influences of casing sizes on drilling and cementation operations, and the requirements of completion, steam injection, uplifting and recovery technologies to casing sizes, and discusses the feasibility of production with(?)139.7mm casing.
