Research and application of deep borehole trajectory control technology in highly deviated wells of Jidong oilfield

  • 摘要: 冀东油田深井井身结构复杂、钻穿多套层系、设计靶点多等因素,给钻井井眼轨迹控制带来巨大挑战。通过分析导向钻具组合与单扶钻具组合定向造斜特性及总结轨迹控制过程中遇到的难点和不同区块的自然造斜和方位漂移规律,研究出一套适合深层大斜度井的井眼轨迹控制技术,解决了钻井过程中存在的诸多轨迹控制难点,为深层油藏勘探开发奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: In view of deep wells characteristics in Jidong oilfield,such as complex casing program,drilling out multiple sets of strata series,many design targets,etc.,there is huge challenge for drilling borehole trajectory control.Through directional kick off characteristics analysis of steering drilling tools association and single centralizer association,problems analysis encountered in the process of trajectory control,research of natural deflecting in different blocks and azimuth drift regularity,a set of borehole trajectory control technology suitable for highly deviated wells has been developed.The technology can solve many difficulties existed in the process of trajectory control drilling,and lay a foundation for the deep reservoir exploration and development.
