牛心坨油田调驱现场效果评价技术研究

Effect evaluation technology of oil displacement in Niuxintuo oilfield

  • 摘要: 牛心坨油田经过二十多年注水开发,存在油井含水上升快、水窜严重等问题,在该区块开展了弱凝胶调驱技术,取得一定的稳油控水效果,但在调驱现场效果评价方面经验较少,无法实现精细评价。为此,开展了调驱现场效果评价技术研究,包括液流方向监测技术研究、调驱剂各组分对胶体影响、成胶体系性能评价及调驱剂驱油效果评价等。这些评价技术在调驱现场施工过程中,有效指导了调驱配方及施工参数动态调整,提高了牛心坨油田调驱效果。

     

    Abstract: After more than 20 years water-flood development in Niuxintuo oilfield,many problems occurred,such as quick rises of water cut,serious water channeling and etc.,the weak gel flooding technology was carried out,and a certain effect of stabilizing oil and water control was achieved.However due to less experience on oil displacement effect evaluation,fine evaluation cannot be achieved.Therefore,the oil displacement effect evaluation technology was carried out,including flow direction monitoring technology,the effect of oil displacement agent components on gel,performance evaluation of gel system,oil displacement effect evaluation of oil displacement agent,etc.In the process of oil displacement field construction,these evaluation technologies can effectively guide the displacement formulas and the dynamic adjustment of construction parameters,and improve the flooding effect of Niuxintuo oilfield.
