中原油田采油三厂注水系统能耗分析及治理

An Analysis and Treatment of Energy Con-sumption of Water Injection System in the Third Production Company in Zhongyuan Oilfield

  • 摘要: 中原油田采油三厂注水系统能耗大,其中高压离心泵、污水处理及高压增注泵能耗占系统的95.5%,主要原因是高压泵偏离高效区运行、产出水远距离输送处理、配水阀组能耗大、干线结垢等方面。通过采取注水站DF400泵降级使用,增注站分压力系统改造,将污水直接进水处理系统,改造污水外输泵等降低能耗措施,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: Energy consumption of the water injection system in the third production company in Zhongyuan oilfield is large with the high-pressure centrifugal pumps,waste water treatment and high pressure stimulation pumps to-gether consum ing95.5%of the total energy.The main causes are low efficiency operation of high pressure pumps,long distance transfer of produced water,large energy consumption of water distribution valve set and scale buildup in the main pipeline.These problems are solved through reconstruction of the injection stimulation station,pumping sewage directly into water treatment system and improving sewage-transferring pumps.
