光杆减震器的研制与应用

Development and application of polish rod vibration absorber

  • 摘要: 针对现有抽油井光杆无法有效减震,造成光杆断脱、盘根损坏的问题,研制开发了光杆减震器。该减 震器结构简单、使用方便,有效地减小了光杆的震动,增强了光杆的稳定性。现场试验证明,该减震器提高 了抽油机光杆和密封盘根的使用寿命,减少了光杆断脱的现象。

     

    Abstract: Existing polish rods of pump units can not effectively absorb vibration, thus they often break and damage packing sets. A polish rod vibration absorber is developed in order to sole these problems. It has simple structure and can effectively absorb vibration of polish rods, thus can improve their stability. Field experiment shows that this kind of vibration absorber can prolong service life of polish rod of pump units and packing set
