20~#钢在宝浪油田土壤中的腐蚀分析

Soil Corrosion Analysis of 20~# Steel in Baolang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 通过20#钢在宝浪油田宝北、宝中、宝南、本布图、种马场等五个区块土壤中的现场理片试验,同时结合微观分析及电化学测试方法,对20#钢在宝浪油田土壤中的腐蚀状况进行了研究.结果表明,宝浪油田种马场区块土壤腐蚀属强腐蚀,其它区块属中等腐蚀.经过进一步的分析讨论,指出20#钢在宝浪油田土壤壤中的腐蚀属阴极控制的氧去极化腐蚀,同时存在SRB细菌腐蚀.

     

    Abstract: Soil corrosion conditions of 20# steel in Baolang oilfield was studied through field buried sample tests in Baobei, Baozhong, Baonan, Benbutu and Zhongmachang blocks and by using microanalysis and electrochemical testing methods. Soil corrosion in Zhongmachang block is strong, while in other blocks are medium. Soil corrosion type of 20# steel in Baolang oilfield is oxygen depolarization corrosion controlled by cathodic reaction.SRB corrosion also exists in this oilfield.
