Causes of CCU Main Air Distributing Duct Wear-out and the Preventives

  • 摘要: 通过对主风分布管损坏现象的观察和研究,指出催化剂磨损及分布管损坏的直接原因,并剖析了催化剂磨损基理。提出通过采取改进分布管结构、选好材质、提高焊接质量和严格生产管理等措施,可避免催化剂对分布管的磨损,从而延长其使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: The direct causes and mechanism of main airdistributing duct wear-out are analyzed in this paper.Distributing duct wear on catalyst can be prevented andits service life can be prolonged by improving thestructure of main air distributing duct, using materials ofhigh quality, improving the quality of welding andstrenthening production management.
