On the Reducing Water Level Construction Method for Building Foundation

  • 摘要: 在大型建筑物基础施工的过程中,地下水位高不仅对基础施工的质量和进度造成严重影响,而且带来不必要的经济损失和安全隐患。因此,降低地下水位是一道必不可少的环节。本文结合工程实例,从水文地质情况、技术要求、降水施工要点、降水监测管理等几个方面介绍管井降水的施工方法。实际效果表明:管井降水在地下水丰富,较深砂类地质条件下,降水效果好,避免了塌坡,确保了基础施工的高质量和按期完成。

     

    Abstract: It’s a key step to reduce the subsurface water level in the construction of large building’s foundation. In combination with several engineering examples, this paper described the method of “Ripe-Well” reducing the water level from the respect of hydrogeology, technical demand, construction key point and monitoring management of reducing the water level and so on. The result shows that the method can effectively reduce the water level, ensure the high quality of the foundation constuction and complete on time.
