Cementing technology and practice of salt gypsum layers in Iraq M oilfield

  • 摘要: 伊拉克M油田盐膏层在地下深部高温高压环境下具有极强的蠕变特性,易造成卡钻,固井质量难以保证。为此,分析盐膏层不同轨迹下井眼坍塌和破裂风险,优化定向段轨迹、固井水泥浆配方及施工参数,提高了盐膏层固井质量。实际应用表明,优化后的方案成功解决了M油田乃至中东地区盐下油气藏利用水平井高效开采的多项技术难题,为类似油田开发提供了优化解决方案。

     

    Abstract: The salt gypsum layers in Iraqi M oilfield has very strong creep characteristics under high temperature and high pressure in the deep underground, which is easy to cause sticking and difficult to guarantee the cementing quality. Therefore, the risk of wellbore collapse and fracture under different trajectories of salt gypsum layers is analyzed, and the trajectory of directional section, cementing slurry formula and construction parameters are optimized to improve the cementing quality of salt gypsum layers. The practical application shows that the optimized scheme successfully solves many technical problems of efficient exploitation of horizontal wells in M oilfield and even in the middle east, and provides an optimized solution for similar oilfield development.
