川西深井复杂井漏治理技术现状及对策

  • 摘要: 川西深层裂缝发育,常钻遇漏失,甚至发生喷漏同存或喷漏同层等复杂情况。为此近年来尝试了桥浆堵漏技术、非渗透钻井液堵漏技术、高酸溶性防漏堵漏技术、气体钻井技术等多种治理手段,但都存在一定的限制;为改进完善防漏堵漏技术,研究应用了随钻防漏技术、双层同治技术、下套管井漏治理技术等,使堵漏一次成功率提高了15.6%~33.2%,取得了较好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In western Sichuan deep zone,fractures are well developed, drilling leakage,even maintain or spray with the spray -drain leakage on the same floor of complex.In response to the complexity,in- depth exploration has been carried out in recent years,the plugging the bridge slurry technology,non -invasive drilling fluid plugging technology,high- acid-soluble leak plugging technology,gas drilling techniques and technology governance leak have been applied.By deepening awareness,through the leak plugging techniques and deep well plugging,the success rate increased 15.6~33.2%, and achieved good economic results.
