  • 摘要: 分析了大北-克深区块钻井过程中发生的主要复杂情况及层位,从物理、化学因素研究了该区块井壁失稳的机理,研究结果表明,黏土矿物含量和伊蒙混层所占比例较高以及岩石微裂缝发育是井壁失稳的主要原因。为此,计算出了地层坍塌压力,同时根据岩石力学理论确定了破裂压力,进而确定了该区块的安全泥浆密度窗口。研究结果在DB-10井获得了较好的应用效果,大大减少了井径扩大和阻卡问题的发生。

     

    Abstract: Main complex circumstances occurred during drilling process in Dabei-Keshen deep block and horizons have been analyzed in this paper.From the physical and chemical factors,the mechanism of sidewall instability has been studied.The results indicate the high proportion of clay minerals content and illite-smectite mixed-layer minerals,and developed micro-fractures are the main reasons of wellbore instability.Therefore,the collapse pressure has been calculat-ed.Meantime,according to the theory of rock mechanics,the fracture pressure has been determined,and then the safe mud density window of the block has been further determined.The research results has received good application effect in DB-10 well and greatly reduced the hole-diameter enlargement and stuck problems.
