安棚油田深层系优化钻井技术研究

Optimization of Drilling Technology Used in the Deep Layers in Anpeng Oilfield

  • 摘要: 结合安棚区块地层特点以及2000年钻井存在的问题,制定出相应的钻井技术措施:利用声波时差测井优选钻头类型;利用地层漂移规律科学移动井口位置;在中上部地层采用高钻压配合高转速模式以及使用双减震器;针对不同井段采用不同的钻井液体系等。通过在现场12口井中的应用,机械钻速提高47.28%,缩短建井周期44.61%,产生了显著的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In view of the characteristics of formations in An-peng block and in combination with the problems oc-curred in2000,the following drilling technical measures were applied:selecting suitable drill bit type by using in-terval transit time logs;changing the location of wellhead ac cording to formation drifting pattern;using dual -dampers and a mode of heavy bit weight matched with high speed of rotation;and utilizing different drilling fluid systems in different intervals.Field application in12ⅢMay2002Henan Petroleum wells showed that penetration rate increased by a factor of47.28%and well construction period shortened by a factor of44.61%.
