稠油污水生化处理试验研究

An Experimental Study on Biochemical Treatment of Wastewater from Heavy Oil Production

  • 摘要: 通过对河南油田稠油污水水质和污水处理工艺流程进行分析 ,提出了为实现该油田污水达标外排的生化处理方案 ,并进行了稠油污水生化处理的室内小试试验和现场试验 ,结果表明采用生物膜水解酸化 -生物膜接触氧化工艺处理该油田稠油污水 ,其出水水质完全可达到国家二级排放标准

     

    Abstract: A biochemical treatment project was proposed based on analysis of quality of wastewater from heavy oil production and the technological process of wastewater treatment in Henan oilfield. Both laboratory and field experiments were performed on biochemical treatment of wastewater. Experimental results show that treatment process of biological membrane hydrolytic acidization-biological membrane contact oxidation is suitable for use in this oilfield and water quality after treatment with this process can fully meet the drainage standards of national grade Ⅱ.
