An Improvement on Analytical Methods of Trace Hydrocarbon Content in Propylene

  • 摘要: 丙烯中微量烃类杂质的含量对丙烯的聚合反应、催化剂的得率、丙烯的转化率以及产品的等规度都有较大的影响。传统分析方法存在着分析时间较长、分离度较低、分析系统复杂等问题不适合作生产控制分析,选用改性三氧化二铝作固定相的不锈钢填充柱作色谱分离柱,对丙烯中的烃类杂质进行分析,不仅缩短了分析时间,而且提高了分离度,为丙烯聚合反应提供了准确的分析数据。

     

    Abstract: Contents of trace hydrocarbons in propylene have large influences on polyreaction of propylene, yield of catalyst, transformation ratio of propylene and degree of isotacticity of products. The conventional analytical methods have the disadvantages of long analyzing time, low degree of separation and complex analytical system, and are not suitable for production control analysis. A stainless packed column with modified Al203 as fixed phase is used as chromatographic fractionation column to analyze hydrocarbons in propylene. Analyzing time is shortened, degree of separation is improved, and accurate analytical data are provided for polyreaction of propylene.
