Research on formation drillability of Yaojiapo and Heijiabao areas

  • 摘要: 姚家坡、黑家堡地区下部地层古老、岩性坚硬、可钻性差,为解决该地区钻头掉齿、机械钻速慢、钻井周期长等问题,在收集该区块测井数据、钻井井史和实钻岩心资料的基础上,利用全自动可钻性测试仪,进行了大量室内岩心可钻性实验研究,并建立了声波时差测井与岩石可钻性关系模型和该区块的地层岩石可钻性剖面。该项研究为该地区的钻头选型、提高机械钻速提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: The precise prediction of formation drillability is of great importance to bit selection, ROP promotion and quick drilling. The formation of Yaojiapo and Heijiabao districts in Yanchang oilfiled is filled with hard and soft rock within each other, which leads to decreased ROP and poor drillability. In order to solve these problems, the logging data and well history are collected and a mathematical model correlating drillability and acoustic logging is established based on multiple rock drillability tests. Then the drillability distribution profile is got. The comparison between the prediction results and test results shows the error can be ignored. The research provides a scientific reference for bit selection and ROP promotion.
