Profile control optimization of weak gel flooding and application analysis of Nanbao 35-2 oilfield

  • 摘要: 从海上油田开发实际需求出发,针对南堡35-2油田特点和存在问题,对弱凝胶的适用性进行了分析。利用室内实验方法,对影响弱凝胶调驱的关键参数,如原油粘度、调驱时机和调驱剂用量进行了实验分析,实验分析结果表明,原油粘度越大,调驱效果越差;弱凝胶最佳注入时机为含水40%;弱凝胶用量越多,驱油效果越好;并在研究的基础上开展了现场实施。实施结果表明,弱凝胶调驱能够降低视吸水指数,控制含水上升,改善水驱效果。

     

    Abstract: Starting from actual demands of offshore development, in view of characteristics and existing problems of Nanbao 35 -2 oilfield,the applicability of weak gel flooding has been analyzed.Through laboratory analysis,the key parameters having influence on profile control such as crude viscosity, the timing and amount of profile control agent have also been analyzed.The laboratory analysis shows the lower crude viscosity and fewer amounts,the better profile control effect, and the best timing injection is 40%water cut.Based on the laboratory analysis,field implementation has been carried out.The facts prove the weak gel profile control has good effect on lowering apparent injectivity index,controlling water cut increasing and improving water flood effect.
